Avi Athota
Avi Athota is a Master’s student in Computer Vision (MSCV) at Carnegie Mellon University. His interests lie in computer vision, multimodal learning, and their applications to real-world systems such as autonomous driving. In this project, he led the design and implementation of the detection-to-reasoning pipeline, including vision-language modeling and evaluation.
Sagar Bellad
Sagar Bellad is a Master’s student in Computer Vision (MSCV) at Carnegie Mellon University. His interests lie in computer vision, vision-language models, diffusion models, and applied machine learning for autonomous driving systems and real-world deployment. Before CMU, he worked on large-scale ML and video streaming systems at Sling TV / DISH Network. In this project, he contributed to the vision pipeline, synthetic data generation, model evaluation, and perception system design for reliable warehouse object understanding.
The faculty mentor for this project is Dr. Ji Zhang.
