Dr Dina El-Zanfaly<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Dina El-Zanfaly is a computational design and interaction researcher and an Assistant Professor in the School of Design at Carnegie Mellon University. Her research focuses on creating interactions, through a blend of computation and embodiment lenses, to empower both designers and non-designers to shape experiences of products, social environments, and interconnected technologies on their own.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Dr Kris Kitani<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Kris M. Kitani is an associate research professor of the Robotics Institute at Carnegie Mellon University. His research projects span the areas of computer vision, machine learning and human computer interaction. In particular, his research interests lie at the intersection of first-person vision, human activity modeling and inverse reinforcement learning.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Richa Mishra<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Richa Mishra is a current student at Carnegie Mellon University pursuing Master of Science in Computer Vision (MSCV)<\/a>.\u00a0Her research interests\u00a0focus on 3D reconstruction, hand tracking, and graphics. Within the project, she is primarily responsible for literature search, dataset collection, and iOS application development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qiyu Chen<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Qiyu (James) Chen is a Master student at CMU in the MSCV (Master of Science in Computer Vision<\/a>) program, graduating in December 2023. His research interests focus on image segmentation, pose estimation, and 3D reconstruction. He is an expert on origami as well. In the project, he works on literature search, dataset collection, paper detection and step recognition, and iOS app and projection website development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
