Aman is pursing his Master\u2019s in Computer Vision at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) and is expected to graduate in December 2025. He completed his Bachelor of Technology from International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad (IIIT Hyderabad) in Computer Science and Engineering, after which he worked for 2 years at Northumbria University and University of Glasgow working on multi humanoid interaction generations over long time horizon. He has worked with Prof. Avinash Sharma at IIITH and Prof. Edmond at University of Glasgow, publishing in top Computer Vision and Computer Graphics conferences and journals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yang Wang<\/h3>\n\n\n

Yang Wang is a Master of Science student in Computer Vision at Carnegie Mellon University, expected to graduate in December 2025. He earned his Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science from Peking University, where he conducted research with Prof. He Wang on 3D reconstruction and pose estimation. His research interests include 3D computer vision, generative models, and 3D reconstruction. He has published work in leading Computer Vision and Machine Learning conferences such as ICLR, CVPR, and TPAMI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Christoph Mertz<\/h3>\n\n\n

Dr. Christoph Mertz is a Principal Project Scientist in the Robotics Institute at Carnegie Mellon University, associated with the National Robotics Engineering Center (NREC). He focuses on intelligent vehicles and autonomous driving in urban environments, with a particular emphasis on the development of short-range laser triangulation sensors and their applications in vehicle and object movement analysis. Dr. Mertz is also involved in projects related to short-term prediction and analysis of dynamic scenes, integrating sensing technologies and predictive modeling to enhance autonomous systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kapil Rawal<\/h3>\n\n\n

Kapil Rawal is a Senior Robotics Engineer at Near Earth Autonomy, where he focuses on making robots autonomous. He holds a Master\u2019s degree in Robotics from the University of Maryland, A. James Clark School of Engineering, and a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Electronics Engineering from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan\u2019s Sardar Patel Institute of Technology. Kapil has extensive experience in robotics engineering, including working on autonomous quadrotor development and robotic vision systems. He has been with Near Earth Autonomy for nearly five years and has contributed to projects in computer vision and micro aerial vehicles during his academic journey.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
